First we are cutting letter in laser than we are sending it for buffing and cleaning, once this job done 

Than these letter goes to fabricator, who will start making 3D shape, 

It's no mind how much depth customer required we have different type of size 

Like 

5 cm depth

6cm depth 

7cm depth

9 cm depth 

10cm depth 

Any depth can be made but concern is fabricator can bend easily and do the welding according. 

Painting & Coloring 

After Fabrication terms coming for painting, it's is most common process, simply letter people can hang in wire and it will go for powder coating. 

Than all letter process to installation department, they will manage to do led lighting and connection.
